Haerens Group, a long-established family company based in Ghent, Belgium, has acquired English manufacturer OWS Fire Rated, a UK leader in high-security glazed joinery. This partnership will strengthen OWS Fire Rated with the product offering of Haerens Group subsidiary Eribel, broadening its range of products and services by integrating the Eribel portfolio of steel and wooden fire rated and security products.
