“We had the pleasure of working with Richard during our recent acquisition, and we were very satisfied with the support he and his team provided throughout the process. From the initial negotiations to the final closing, Richard proved to be a true dealmaker – critical when necessary, yet conciliatory in his approach to ensure all parties could move forward during the process and reach a balanced agreement.
His deep understanding of the complexities of M&A transactions instilled confidence in us at every stage. Richard was always available to address our concerns, offering valuable insights that helped us navigate potential challenges. Thanks to his diligent work, strategic guidance and business acumen, the acquisition went smoothly and successfully.
We wholeheartedly recommend Richard to anyone in need of a knowledgeable, dedicated and to-the-point M&A advisor.”

During the transaction, Richard and his team were always available, efficient in turning the documents and were highly regarded by the whole professional team including those acting for the other side.

TandonHildebrand were instructed by an individual in the private equity sector in relation to their settlement agreement.
“The level of legal acumen, professionalism, and empathy that TandonHildebrand brings sets them apart. I evaluated three different legal advisors on this deeply personal matter, and Tania’s kindness, patience, and steadfast availability, alongside her prudent guidance on actionable paths forward, made it clear TandonHildebrand was the right decision. Tania went above and beyond, generously dedicating a great deal of time to the personal and professional factors in consideration. Together, we were able to achieve an incredibly favourable outcome relative to the initial proposal, in great part due to her careful attention to my personal circumstances and, as a result, a compelling presentation of my case. Thank you, Tania, for everything. I have truly felt seen and heard, and do not believe the same outcome would have been possible without you.”

“Richard and his team were crucial to the legals of the acquisition. This being my first M&A experience, they really took the time to walk me through each stage of the process to ensure I fully understood everything. They looked out for our interests, and were excellent at enabling this cross border deal come to fruition. The service was very personal since I worked with the Directors on a one-to-one level and not passed onto juniors, which often happens in large firms. I recommend the very highly experienced team at TandonHildebrand.”

TandonHildebrand provide employment law support to the Human Resources team.
“Having initially worked with Tania and Carly through their previous practice supporting an M&A project, when our own retained employment law advisor contract came up for renewal, we had no hesitation in asking TandonHildebrand’s employment team to take on our work. They offered a refreshingly different costing model based on a flat fee rather than time recorded charging.
We have referred a number of different cases requiring employment law advice in the first four months. While early days, we have to date been very impressed by the straightforward, pragmatic approach and advice given by the employment team. We prefer to work with a legal partner that is able to cut through the ‘noise’ of a particular case and give clear unequivocal advice which allows us to proceed understanding all the risks.
We have been very comfortable with TandonHildebrand’s employment team who have fully met our requirements.”

“What I’ve most appreciated from my time at TandonHildeband is the highly people-oriented legal practice of its founders, Tania and Richard. They radiate warmth and confidence, where other lawyers often fall flat. At TandonHildebrand, I experienced a harmonious and positive culture, where the free float of ideas is promoted and the founders really take the time to discuss with their associates and clients. Since I’ve started my career at the bar in Ghent (Belgium), I’ve striven to bring value to people through my job as a lawyer, in the way I observed this is done at TandonHildebrand.”
